Jotenkin tuo tynnyröinti on kääntynyt vähän epämääräiseksi. Tekee tuoksustakin erikoisen. Onneksi kuitenkin se tasoittuu, kun antaa oluen lämmetä ja avautua lasissa. Makeutta, vaniljaa, kookosta ja siirappisuutta maussa. Suutuntuma on makea, pehmeä ja aika ryhdikäs. Ei ehkä ole tehnyt hyvää yli kolmen vuoden kypsyttely.

Beer #2500 This one is nothing special to me, but I wanted something good for this milestone. It has a good rating on Untappd, so I figured it was a safe bet. Bourbon, vanilla and coconut in the aroma. Taste has huge coconut right up front. Following this, I'm getting bourbon, vanilla, chocolate notes and finishing with oak that is primarily in the finish. This is delicious. The aftertaste is a mix of coconut and bourbon. The body is full, the mouthfeel is incredibly smooth and the carbonation is appropriately low. Looks like I picked a real winner for this one. For what this was aiming for, they nailed it. I don't remember what I paid for this, but I feel like it was north of $20. I might have to acquire another bottle or two. Very flavorful bourbon, the right amount of coconut, smooth vanilla with oak notes from the barrel aging and well hidden booze. Seems like a 5 star beer to me. 5/5
