Hyvästi katkeroidulla jälkimaulla koristettu portteri. Tietty makeus löytyy, ja jää lopulta katkeron haihduttua suuhun. Omanlaisensa, jotenkin erityisen baltialainen, mitä se ikinä tarkoittaakaan.
