Trooppista hedelmää reilusti ja siihen kirpsakka rypäleinen puraisu päälle. Humalaa on käytetty reilusti ja sen huomaa. Täyteläinen ja hyvän hedelmäinen dipa.

Kuohkea 3 sormen paksuinen samea kellertävä, sakea ja kuivaava olut.
Huikea juissi uus seelanti tyyliin, todella hedelmäinen ja nautinnollinen kuivuus. Huippu humalat: Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin & Mosaic. Hieno Polski DIPA.

11 tunnin työpäivän jälkeen yksi olut lienee ihan paikallaan.
Tuoksussa kuivaa rypälettä, greippiä, appelsiininkuorta, hieman heinää ja aprikoosia.
Melko täyteläinen suutuntuma. Persikkainen ensipuraisu. Rypälettä ja hieman heinäisyyttä. Kitkerää appelsiininkuorta ananasmehun sävyttämä. Lopussa rypäleet palaavat peliin tuoden kuivuutta loppumakuun.
Todella hyvä ja tasapainoinen.

Some disco juice with Eurovision 😎 Cheering for Blind Channel! 🖕🏻🖕🏻 Oulu!
New beer in Pint Please.
0,5l can from Spiegelau IPA-glass. Canned probably 26.04.21.
Label says that the beer is brewed using a new technique called "dip hopping". Apparently it's a technique invented in Japan. In dip hop, you put the hops in to the worth after cooling it but before the yeast is added. Probably the details are a bit more complicated than that. The purpose of dip hopping is to get more pure flavors out of the hops.
Let's see how it works.
Hazy yellow beer with orange tint. Creamy white foam. Very pretty.
Sweet orange juice and white wine scent.
Low to medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is perfect. Creamy, juicy, powderish and luciously thick.
Loads of dank fruits and white wine on first sip. Overripe pineapple, dry lemon and bitter grapefruit. Very dry white wine and a lovely woody sidenote. Loads of bitter grass and some balancing sweet peach and mango. Handful of oranges with peels. Faint note of lime and melon. Very juicy and thick taste, but stays quite dry all the way. Probably thanks to the white wine flavor. All the hoppy flavors feel fresh and pure, so the dip hopping has probably worked well. Malts are covered under the juiciness, but some wheat and hay can be found.
Ends with mellow and dank bitterness in the form of grapefruit, lemon and pineapple.
Very pleasant and fresh DNEIPA. Lovely and pure flavors. Just a tiny bit too dry to be among the best I've tasted. Delicious nevertheless.
