Comme une Sour Ale du Texas, USA. Belle mousse. C'est évidemment bien acide, mais sans être désagréable. Fruité vers la goyave et les agrumes. Pas mal, une Sour en mode easy drinking.

Belle acidité, encore une fois je ne trouve pas la goyave. Mais globalement une Sour réussie
