Our light-colored, spicy single-bock, “Vitus” is saturated with fine yeast and a creamy foam. It is a specialty beer with a round character, which is a result of the beer’s extra long storage time.
The fruity smell of dried apricots joins aromas of citrus, cloves and hints of banana. The beer is full-bodied and sparkling, with an effervescent mouth. This unique brew does not taste like a typical Bock beer; it’s flavor profile is more like a noble, fruity wheat beer.

Pehmeä ja maukas uusi tuttavuus. Ei uskoisi yli 7,7%, maussa se ei näy tai tunnu.
Aavistuksen hedelmäinen maku, banaania olivat muut löytäneet, minä en. Toimitteli kyllä ihan sellaisenaankin, ei tarvinnut liharuokia kylkeen.

Advent Calendar #️⃣1️⃣8️⃣ From yesterday... This is a kind of classic, I'm glad I finally have it in my glass.
Pours relatively foggy, deep gold. Standard carbonation. A bold whipped-creamy head grows four fingers tall. The frothy lid dissolves gradually to a smaller billowy lace ring and haze on the top.
Medium-ripe banana, dried apricot, strong wheat bun and a crack of biscuit find my nose easily. Then, I'm expecting additional nuances to hover in the air but in vain. The package is what it is.
Banana, orange peel, dried apricot, wheat bun and a pinch of dough land on my tastebuds. Very distantly resinous, too. Predictable.
The body is medium-full. The finish is fairly similar to the actual taste but a faint tangy element enters the scene at this stage.
The mouthfeel is medium-full, somewhat deep, soft, smooth and effervescent. Rather easy and enjoyable.
