Our light-colored, spicy single-bock, “Vitus” is saturated with fine yeast and a creamy foam. It is a specialty beer with a round character, which is a result of the beer’s extra long storage time. The fruity smell of dried apricots joins aromas of citrus, cloves and hints of banana. The beer is full-bodied and sparkling, with an effervescent mouth. This unique brew does not taste like a typical Bock beer; it’s flavor profile is more like a noble, fruity wheat beer.

Lähikaupassa käydessä alkoi tehdä mieli vehnäistä ja ilokseni löysin tämän hyllystä. Sameahko vaalean meripihkainen väri. Tuoksussa mausteista banaania. Rapsakan pehmeä ja vaimean sitruksinen kärki. Runko tanakan imelää vehnäisyyttä pienellä banaanilla ryyditettynä edelleen hapokkuudella. Jälkimaussa lisää latteaa banaania sekä pientä mausteisuutta läjinnä valkopippurin ja kuivan korianterin muodossa. Kyllä tässä maistuu maailman vanhimman panimon kokemus ja perinteet.
