Our light-colored, spicy single-bock, “Vitus” is saturated with fine yeast and a creamy foam. It is a specialty beer with a round character, which is a result of the beer’s extra long storage time. The fruity smell of dried apricots joins aromas of citrus, cloves and hints of banana. The beer is full-bodied and sparkling, with an effervescent mouth. This unique brew does not taste like a typical Bock beer; it’s flavor profile is more like a noble, fruity wheat beer.
