Funky Garden 7 Chocolate Glazed Doughnut Pastry Stout
12.0% Imperial Flavoured Stout / Imperial Pastry Stout
Imperial Pastry Stout in collaboration with Maltgarden. Seventh beer brewed with Maltgarden is a full bodied pastry stout that tastes like chocolate glazed doughnut. Actually it doesn't only taste like that, it really contains donuts.

Tuoksusta löytyy jonkin asteista munkki rasvaa ja vaniljaa. Maussa on kaakaota ja kevyttä vaniljaa, donitsit jäi huomaamatta jos sillä ei tarkoiteta esanssisuutta. Suutuntuma on mukavan öljyinen. Jälkimaussa pientä kitkeryyttä, joka johtunee "doughnut" flavour:ista tai kaura maltaan tuomasta "pehmeydestä" 😂

Mustaa. Kuohkea vaaleanruskea vaahto. Tuoksu maitosuklaata, vaniljaa ja kahvia. Maku pehmeä kermainen, makea sokerinen, suklainen, vaniljainen ja kondensoitua maitoa(BB2/2/22) Hyvä olut.

New beer in Pint Please. Something completely different as the last beer for my short getaway. Chocolate glazed doughnut imperial pastry stout. 🙄😬🤔🤪 0,5l can from pint. I foretell that a can this size will be a challenge. The label is gorgeous. Black, frighteningly thin looking beer with brown foam. Sweet powdered sugar, chocolate and greasy doughnut paste scent. Intriguing and off-putting at the same time. Mouthfeel is too thin for the style. Slightly oily or saucy but thin. Very, very sweet sugar and chocolate invade your mouth as you take the first sip. Artificial sweetener, or something that tastes artificial, is slightly disturbing. Sweet caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, cream liqueur and condensed milk. Overall taste is very sweet, probably one of the sweetest beers I've ever tasted. It's too sweet, even for my sweet taste. Luckily it gets a bit thicker and the body starts to carry the flavors better as the beer closes room temperature. But artificial feeling flavors are still present. Malty dark bread and burnt caramel with dark coffee emerge. There is a doughnut like taste, but pretty faint. Greasy Ends with sweetener infused dark chocolate and greasy coffee aftertaste that is just a little bitter. Damnn... I wished that this would be good, but it's mediocre at best. Too artificial and thin. Lots of good flavors, but they are overwhelmed by the artificial sweetness. Alcohol is completely hidden, feels like drinking chocolate sauce. Sturdier body and ditch the artificial flavors and this could be awesome over the top experience.
