Introducing our version of a Winter Warmer, Be Well. This beer draws inspiration from the lesser known Wassail style. A perfect companion for colder months this beer is brewed with spices and darker malts, ours features the addition of Ceylon cinnamon and blue juniper berries on a delicate blend of caramel and chocolate malts. This beer pours a rich copper color in the glass with a persistent white head. Aromas of sweet cinnamon are balanced by a clean juniper spice. Reminiscent of nights around the fire with loved ones.
