Main Boss
12.0% Imperial Flavoured Stout / Imperial Pastry Stout
Pastry stout collaboration with Pulpit Rock (IA) with Coconut, Vanilla Beans, Molasses, Almond, and Bitter Orange. Inspired by rum drinks, and infused with our own take on Orgeat (almond/citrus) syrup. Massive, thick, sweet, and rich. All the things.

Super bon

In Houston with my son-in-law and daughter having a very unusual and strong stout.
Pour's heavy into the glass, dark brown opaque color. Can already tell it's heavy. Texture is extremely thick and creamy, dark brown and opaque. Incredible! Heavy and sweet molasses in a glass. An abundance of strong alcohol with only some fading coconut in the background. No bitterness whatsoever. Extremely sweet molasses continues through a delicious finish. As he avy and creamy thick as any beer I have yet experienced.

Citrus and chocolate in the aroma. Taste has a lot of flavor. Chocolate, molasses, coconut and oranges. The body is full with an incredibly smooth mouthfeel and low carbonation. Definitely different than most stouts, but well executed. 4.25/5
