Dry earthiness, gooseberries and grovy leafs. Delightful. HEAD: Creamy and tight. Quite fast. Drips by at two finger height. GREY’S VIEW DDH NEIPA w/ Citra, Hallertau Blanc & Nelson Sauvin. Nice hop combo raises my expectations quite much. First bite is nice with semi ripe gooseberries, good amount of wild summery florals, pineapple mash with some grapefruit peels. There is nice try with the grovyness, hints of white grapes and Italian countryside. Mouthfeel has grassyness to go with creamy bubbles and medium+ level of dry hopping. Body is lively and reaches medium level nicely. Aftertaste has biscuits, fresh herbs and lemons. OTHER NOTES: Quite nice, quite nice. That Hallertau Blanc hop is really intresting one. I can’t help thinking that; how good this would have been if there would be also Riesling Juice added to this? CANNED 9/3/2021 TASTED 1/4/2021
