Keskiviikkokalja. Puolalaista dipaa, joka tölkitetty 28.2.21 🍺 Tuoksu on tuhdin hedelmäinen, raikkaan sitruksinen sekä kukkainen. Hmm, parempaa kuin odotin. Runsaasti trooppista makeahkoa hedelmää, mutta myös sitruksisuutta löytyy. Reilusti kukkaisuutta sekä hieman myös yrttinen. Lopussa humalakäpyisyyttä, kuivaa humalaa sekä kevyttä katkeroisuutta. Todella toimiva dipa ja tähän hintaan ostaisin suoraan toisenkin 🍻

New beer in Pint Please and a new brewery for me. 0,5l can from Rastal Craft Master One. Canned 28.02.21. 4 weeks old. Good looking DNEIPA, yellow and hazy. Fluffy white foam. Dank fruity aroma with pineapple, lime and apricot jam. Very pleasant. High carbonation. Mouthfeel is creamy and juicy, a tad thicker would be great. Dank and bitter citruses fill your mouth after first sip. Zesty lemon, bitter grapefruit, sweet orange and orange peels. Some lime and floral notes. Green grapes bring white wine sensation and apricot takes you back to NEIPA. Dry and bitter grass make you thirsty for more and resinous pine doesn't really ease that feeling. Light biscuits, hay and straw on the malty side. Faint note of yeast. Pleasant grassy bitterness with pineapple and lime in the end. Very nice DNEIPA. Fresh and tasty, lots of flavors without being all over the place. Cheap too!
