For this Single Malt Single Hop Pale Ale we chose the Yakima Valley grown Centennial Hops, which yield just the right amount of aroma and bitterness, while bursting with simplistic Citrus flavor. The slightly bready mouthfeel is produced solely from NYS Pale Malt and hopped to a bold finish with almost three pounds of Centennial Hopped goodness. This beer is dangerously drinkable, producing a clean citrus taste reminiscent of fresh cut oranges with the balanced malt finish to back it up.
