Really soft and pillowy. Unlike UK DIPAs that tend to be about the joose, this is typical of a US DIPA which gives bitterness an equal footing with the joose! A pleasant surprise as it’s been a while since I’ve had a proper DIPA. Soft and pillowy yet dank and citrusy.
