First time visiting this Brewery. Hidden down an unmarked gravel road. Found it before we turned around for fear of being shot. Nice clean facility inside, seating among the Brewing equipment. Fire pits outside. Website says six stouts so of course I had to come visit. Served in plastic cups because of renovations. Dark brown color, almost no head, faint aroma of molasses. Flavor of a dark roasted malt. Semi-sweet from a distinctive molasses. Had a raw cocoa bitterness. Finish adds some unrefined vanilla. Enjoyed this Texas Stout.
