DDH DIPA w/ Nelson Sauvin & Strata.
Oomph that Nelson Sauvin! This has the freshest and close to perfect selection of them. Taste has rustic earthiness with some gooseberries and white grapes. Also grovy leafyness and some grassy/herbal notes are there. Mouthfeel is a little crunchy with the flavours from hops coming through so strong. Hop burn is nonexistent. The white wine vibe stays till the end with some graham crackers and fresh, summery herbs there too.
OTHER NOTES:
Nice work from Angry Chair! Finally a Nelson Sauvin hopped beer with clean and clear enough amount of the hop. Nicely slow to enjoy too. Good job!
Ha! I didn’t knew that Angry Chair Brewing locates in Tampa, FL, USA. Tampa can’t go wrong 😎⚡️
