Starting as a Sunday stout day. This a real nice imperial that is quite smooth. Has chocolate, light toffee, roasted malt. It starts sweet like a milk stout but as it warms the dark roasted malt kicks in evening it out with some light bitterness. Medium bodied. Very low carbonation. The unfortunate part is it has a strong alcohol taste. I would have rated much higher if it wasn’t for that. Mr Edgeworth - congrats on the ‘Bama win. That was a great game to watch.
