Troisième et dernière petite Mexicaine de mon frigo, la double IPA Beer of the Dead ne titre pas si fort que ça, mais pour autant l'illustration de l'étiquette tient tout de même ses promesses. Voilà une double qui a du punch ! Très belle robe foncée surmontée d'une mousse épaisse, cette double plaît déjà au nez avant même d'atteindre le palais. Une fois dans la gorge, c'est une très belle harmonie entre arômes, épaisseur et alcool. Je la recommande avec un bon plat de viande, ou, bien évidemment, lors d'une soirée enchilladas !
