Day 10 - nice easy drinker.

A lively pouring very pale ale with light and gentle aromas, but then I do have a cold right now. Mosaic and Citra providing citrus and tropical notes. Light in the mouth but with quite vigorous carbonation, my cold is definitely impeding my taste right now...I'm not getting much of anything! My apologies. I'll just have to guess and say pear, lemon zest and orange! From what I can tell it's only ok, but I can't judge it though really. 😅
