Duo beer with my son-in-law in Houston Texas. This one is a Texas beer from Brenham Texas, Brazos Valley Brewing Company. We have enjoyed several of their beers now. Medium-high, tan head that dissipates. Aroma is of strong chocolate. Very creamy texture but not overly thick. Initial flavor is strong bittersweet chocolate that continues into the finish. Finish adds a little twist of caramel or coffee. Something like tiramisu, but very faint. While the texture starts creamy it manages to finish dry. Strange. Enjoyed this beer very much, nothing negative to say about it. When I go back to Texas I am going to try to find more of this.
