Palatable (Batch 5) is an imperial stout aged in spent maple syrup oak bourbon barrels for one year and was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Palate in Milford. It's smooth with chocolate fudge and sweet maple syrup flavors followed by a warming sensation from the barrel. Release Date: January 2021
