Bourbon and rye barrels work together in harmony to breathe life into our Ryewine. This unforgettable ale is brewed with over 60% rye, yielding entirely unique malt- and barrel-derived complexities. Enjoy an ample body that suggests sweetness but still finishes smooth and dry.

Barrel Aged Advent Calendar Day #16
Canned 11-19-2020
Rye, bourbon and a good bit of maltiness in the aroma. Taste has pretty much the same thing. Rye spiciness and bourbon hit first and compliment each other well, followed by a good bit of malty sweetness and a little bit of oak coming through in the finish.
The body is full and thick with a smooth mouth coating mouthfeel and an appropriately low amount of carbonation.
Doesn't quite wow me like it did when I first had it, but it's an excellent beer. 4.5/5

Todella passeli Ruis Viini/Ale.😎🍻👌

Beer 2300!!!
Rye and bourbon dominate the aroma. Taste has bourbon and rye spiciness that, unlike in the aroma, is very well balanced and play well together. Very well hidden booze. Thick, full body, incredibly smooth mouthfeel and low carbonation. Wow. 4.75/5
Edit: I have no idea why it's only showing 2299 when I had 2299 prior to this beer. Oh well, still #2300
