BEER STYLE: Imperial Stout (Bourbon BA) COUNTRY: USA ABV.: 11.0% COLOUR (EBC): Mahogany Brown (80.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): - AROMA: Malts and floral. HEAD: Loud one. Beige colored, two finger tall. GREY’S VIEW Bourbon Barrel aged Imperial Stout with Madagascar Vanilla. First sip brings lovely amount of chocolate, semi enough amount of roasted malts and hints of milk chocolate and too little of vanilla. This has medium leveled body with carbonation that is creamy and lively. Malts are there as is the Bourbon too. Nice kick with roastiness on the backend. OTHER NOTES: My favourite series from Other Half. This one is a bit one sided, although it is nice one. BOTTLED 2016 TASTED 2021
