Oho, olikin tripel eikä IPA... No ei se saunassa niin haittaa 😅
Maltainen, hieman sitruksinen ja banaaninen. Ihan juotavaa vaikka suht tuhtia tavaraa.

Hiukan yrttinen, semisti humaloitu, hedelmäinen, pikkasen banaania, täyteläinen.

A Tripel to accompany my bbq dinner. Not sure if it's an optimal pairing but it will do.
The color is limpid, deep gold. The carbonation is obedient but sparkles long. An off-white head forms on the top up to 1.5 fingers' measure.
Faint malt in the air. Only. The scent is quite oppressed. The taste profile is fairly easy for a Tripel: mildly sweet malt, orange peel, lemon zest, a hint of apricot and distant dough. Fruity for sure. I don't get the regular tangy boozy slam but I also don't miss it.
The body is light. Weak for the ABV. Ends like it starts. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, balanced, easy and characterless. By no means unpleasant but doesn't really give anything.
