We have been on our own mission to create the very best sparkling mead using only the very best Clover & Manuka honey from the wide open spaces of New Zealand. Gluten free and proudly independently made in New Zealand with no added flavouring, preservatives or sweeteners. Tuoksuu oudosti talkkunajauhoilta ja näyttää kiljulta jota join vappuna. Mausta löytyy häivähdys hunajaa ja ruohoa, mutta lopputulos on kovin kuiva ja kaipaisi makeutta.
