Extremely vinous. I think the hops and the sourness combine to make this wine like. Acidic and relatively bitter too. The pineapple ones through but certainly takes backstage to the vinous flavours.

Prise pour l'hommage à Judas Priest. Cette sour ipa est assez curieuse. L'acidité, finalement plutôt modérée, se confond avec le goût prononcé d'ananas. C'est léger et rafraîchissant. A réessayer cet été.
