Pours a nice deep red brown, and teases the senses with an aroma of orange toffee with hints of vanilla. Wish this was a candy I could buy. Initial sip starts with what seems like it might become a nuttiness but quickly reveals itself to be a rich toffee with orange and suggestions of vanilla. There is a mild woody taste that presents near the end of the quaff. Very enjoyable.
