Slightly Tart and Sweet. A Berliner Weisse brewed with dark malt which brings notes of subtle chocolate, raspberry and cherry. Darker in appearance and almost reminiscent of a black forest cake with a delicate acidity creating a slightly tart, sweet and light-drinking experience.
