This is a re-review. This has a dark roasted malt with dark berry taste. Has some hints of coffee and chocolate that seem to fade in and out. Had before and didn’t like a tea taste I was getting. I’m not getting that now. I wonder if I had an old beer back then. Maybe I have to try this a 3rd time just to give it a final verdict.

I love schwarzbier as they are hard to find around here. When I find them I grab them This one has a black tea taste with some dark berries and very light roast. Finishes a tad dry. Overall I’m a little disappointed as I’ve had much better schwarzbiers. Has too much of a tea taste. I should have known as when I poured it the color is more of a very dark brown then black
