Omaan makuun yksi parhaista soureista.

Matala happoinen kevyen persikkainen mieto sour. Lähempänä italialaista limonadia.

Hazy, deep yellow beer with complicated carbonation lays first a massive velvety head. Looks like the entire glass is full of foam. I wonder if the beer is ending in the keg or if there's something wrong with the tap system. Anyway, after some time of pouring and removing the froth from the glass, the beer starts looking what it's supposed to look like. I guess... Peach slams on my olfactory organ. There's also a zippy citrusy twist in the scent, like yuzu. Furthermore, I'm getting lemon juice, wheat malt and lactic acid. Peach is apparent also on the tongue. Lemon joins the show with oppressed bergamot, wheat malt and a faint floral hint. All in all, somewhat thin though. The finish is citrusy and peachy, in a balanced way. The end doesn't take long. The mouthfeel is thin minus, medium-tart, puckering-ish and modestly acidic. It's still fairly balanced, dry and drying. The weakest link is the thinness for sure.
