YellowMellow Apple Cider is available on tap now at Yellowbelly. Also available at The UnderBelly downstairs and O'Reilly's Irish Newfoundland Pub. It is off-dry, 3% sweetness (from added cider, not added sugar) and fermented with a Champagne yeast. At 5.5% alcohol, tart, apple-y and sweet, it's perfect on a pint of ice.
