Stuck in the doldrums of winter, we've created a crisp and robust lager to ward off the winter blues. Our brewers brought it back to basics creating a German style lager using traditional 'step mashing' and then lagering this beer for over a month. The result is a smooth lager with a malt body showcasing German style malts and a crisp finish from Hallertau and Saaz noble hops.
