This strong wheat beer’s trademark scent of banana, spice and clove are well portrayed as the aroma emanates from the thick white fluffy head. As the journey continues this medium bodied beer produces a sweet maltiness that is followed by a pleasant note of warm alcohol for a rounded finish. Conditioned for 90 days and coming in at 7.1%.

Top quality wheaty aromas augmented with gentle fruity esters including banana, and delectable spicy spotlighting clove notes make up the nose unveiled by this gorgeous looking copper orange weizenbock. Initially unleashing a thick white dense foamy head, it settles down to a very respectable thin layer that seems to last. As it hits the tongue the spicy clove leads the wave of superb flavors. The banana and fruity esters follow immediately behind and mingle with the spicy tastes. A obvious warmth from the alcohol is involved all throughout the sip. Very traditional tasting and absolutely delicious. The mouth feel is a lightly syrupy but it doesn't diminish the beer at all. A little tart and a little sweet, this wheat beast has it all.
