#DIPA is coming into our core range! After having so much fun with our numbered #DIPA series, we thought we'd bring the ol' girl home to stay and find a forever home. The mother of all DIPAs, dry-hopped to the brim with Cascade, Citra and Simcoe perfectly balanced by pilsner malts, wheat, and flaked oat.

Une robe pâle et trouble, en bouche la bière est onctueuse, on a des très belles notes fruitées, le houblonnage est arômatique, enivrant, c'est puissant, l'amertume est raisonnable mais nous procure une belle longueur en bouche, décidément To Øl n'a pas fini de nous surprendre.

Troebel goudkleurig, met een mooie schuim kraag. Zoete geur van tropisch fruit, vol bitter en een beetje boterig (zwaar blond) van smaak.

Uudelleen maistettu muutama vuosi myöhemmin. Sitrusta ja trooppista hedelmää. Pehmeä suutuntuma. Raikas ja hyvä kokonaisuus.
