Cuvée des Lofoten
5.5% Saison / Farmhouse Ale
For this hoppy iteration of the belgian classic, we used hallertau blanc and godiva hops. Godiva is a new variety of hop from the UK that brings the fruity aromas from tangerine and white wine. To round out the hops we used stranda kveik to really bring those flavours forward. The result? A light, and refreshing hoppy saison. This beer can be enjoyed fresh to fully experience the generous hop aroma, or can be aged for the true belgian saison experience.

Kevyt ja maistuva saison, saisoniksi aika paljon humalaa. Herkkä kuohumaan. Ihan mukava kokonaisuus. Pitää koittaa mantereen puolelta kahtella toinen pullo kypsyteltäväksi, ajan kanssa pitäisi siirtyä paino humalista perinteisenpään saisoniin.

Quite hoppy for a saison. By their own admission the beer will become more like a saison with age. Still, quite drinkable now, will buy another later and store it.
