This collaboration with our friends from Dutch Trading Co and Big Loaf by North street Syore, is a reimagining of the old-school American Strong Ale. Brewed to be gentle auburn and hopped with Dani American hops, the spicy rye bread dominates the malt character. After ferment it was aged in Spanish cedar lending floral notes and further warming spice.
