Wowser. It’s interesting it’s really red. It smells of cherry bakewell, almonds, cherries, marzipan. It’s fizzy and wow. It’s got a deeper cherry flavour than Thornbridges tart but it’s just as sour. Nice, glad I’ve saved this one for last.

Väriltään tummahkon punainen läpinäkymätön. Tuoksussa vahva hieman imelä kirsikka. Maussa hapan kuiva kirsikka. Katkeruutta ei juuri ole. Jälkimaussa mallas korostuu.

Nice one. The Amaretto / marzipan flavour is dominant and the cherry is not overly sweet, it's just on the right side of sour too.
