On my daily Corona strawl I passed a gazillion Polish supermarkets. Apparently the main Polish product is beer. With all this Polish beers at my finger tips I had been contemplating about trying some Polish beer for a while, so why not have a can while walking. For some reason, Polish beer only seems to come in ½ litre cans. I chose this one solely on its looks, not knowing the first thing about Polish beer. Based on the black can and the slightly higher ABV, I expected some sort of dark beer. When taking a sniff after opening the can, I realized this was some kind of pilsner/lager. It lacks some freshness and crispness and is rather sweet. It probably misses some carbonation too. It is not bad though. It reminds me of the last sip of beer of a stale pilsner.
