Mill Bay

There are some largely floral, resinous, and lightly tropical fruit notes laid over a solid caramel malt base. These aromas really paired well with the scent of garlic butter and crab I was having for dinner. A nice coppery color boasting a well formed frothy head help it display well. It has a solid medium body and has flavors much the same as its aromas promise. Dominant floral hops with resinous notes as a second allow the minor tropical to come through as a garnish. Though present, this is not very bitter, instead opting for a more aromatic balance. Decent brew.
