Stargazer Chamomile Wheat is summer in a bottle. The beer pours a hazy golden straw colour. Aromas of wheat and chamomile intertwine with a touch of honey. Light wheat flavours blend with raspberry and chamomile on the palate to create a refreshing summer beer. Delicious.

Well this beer claims it's summer in a bottle, and today was Labour day which some round here consider the last day of summer so...
Wheat and yeast esters come through the nose as well as distinctive chamomile, honey and just a hint of raspberry fragrance. Very hefeweizen like and delightfully floral. The esters give subtle suggestions of fruitiness, and a whisper of spice is lent to the aroma from saaz hops.
The chamomile plays a significant and dominanant role in partnership with the wheat in the flavour profile. The honey supports the combination and lead the raspberry blossom into a harmony with all the rest, and adds some depth as well. There seems to be very little carbonation but what there is works with the hops to add some texture.
