From yesterday. 0,5l can from beer tumbler. Label art has a lot going on. Black and oily looking beer with just a tiny bit of brown foam. Roasted cold brew coffee aroma. Low to medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is sticky and oily, but slightly thin. Dark chocolate with some milk chocolate sauce on first sip. Cold brew coffee and vanilla follow. Burnt caramel, roasted barley and brown sugar. Just a faint nutty note on the background, I was hoping a bit more. Slightly unappealing basement like flavor here and there. Overall taste is sweet, but fairly dry for a pastry imperial stout. Dark chocolate sauce aftertaste. Pleasant and easy Imperial Pastry Stout. Maybe a bit one-sided and could be a bit more intense.

Tuhti pastry stout Hopitolta ja varsin hyvä sellainen. Tuoksussa kahvia (yllätys!) ja viinimäisyyttä. Maku on voimakas mutta kevyempi kuin odotin eikä lainkaan puuromainen. Pähkinäisyyttä ei juurikaan löydy vaikka luvattiin. Jälkimaku on maltainen ja suun täyttävä.
