Periaatteessa ihan ok IPA mutta maussa jokin, jota vähäinen tietämykseni ei osaa analysoida, häiritsee.

BEER STYLE: APA COUNTRY: USA ALCOHOL (ABV): 5.8% COLOUR (EBC): Pineapple yellow (14.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): 45.0 SCENT: Pineapple, orange, peach on the front. Refreshing, rather juicy and crispy. FOAM: One finger, white colored. Leaves a nicely thick and long lasting lacing. GREY’S VIEW Galaxy, Citra hopped and Galaxy Dry hopped APA. First sip presents semi raw pineapple, pineapple peel and grapefruit with its peel... Damn, that was fast. Mouthfeel is propably the ”thing” in this one, since it really is awesome! Creamy stuff, with crispy flavors and tiny, yet, fluffy carbonation. Body is midlevel thick and the dry hopping rate is rather high, tad too harsh as it clearly takes room from the flavors. Aftertaste presents creamy fruits with a kick from the dry hops. Slightly wheat biscuity and citrus mash ending. OTHER NOTES: Ok. It’s APA, so it ends up on the positive note. Viivakoodi vie perus Pseudoon. Tuoksu tosi miellyttävän trooppinen, jossa myös humalapellettejä ja greippiä. Suutuntuma hiilihappoinen, raikas, kuiva, kevyt ja pehmeä. Maussa sitrusta, greippiä, trooppisuutta, mangoa ja litsiä. Aika kuiva, mutta ei kyllä tässä häiritse yhtään. Tosi kivan pehmeä ja maut runsaita. Onhan tämä taas oikein hyvää settiä. Sue ei petä...
