At the risk of being stoned to death as a blasphemous heretic, I have become a little put off by the ipas and imperial ipas ever since hoppiness became very popular and taken to levels that border on ridiculous. This beer is not like that. In fact, it uses its hops perfectly to hide it's big alcohol. And a lovely hop flavour it is floral and fresh and lingering nicely on the tongue afterword.
