Sharing this bottle with family, enough to give us all a good taste of this brew. Not much head but maybe because we were pouring it down the side of the glass. Texture is a little confusing in that it starts out very creamy and then seems to thin out and be clean and crisp. Flavor is a wonderfully powerful pumpkin with a lot of cinnamon and spice blended into it. Alcohol compliments these flavors but comes to the forefront in a long enjoyable roasted finish. Sweet, no bitterness. Definitely one of the best pumpkin beers I have enjoyed.
