A pale ale in the New World style with a big citrussy hop character and a thirst-quenching dry finish. Brewed using the highest quality Pale Ale, Maris Otter and Wheat malts and hopped with a blend of American Amarillo, Cascade and Simcoe whole hops.

Should have opted for the larger glass as my second pour is a bit cloudy. Oops. Oh well. Adds to the flavour. Not a bitter as the name suggests. Lighter and citrussy.
