Sehr solides IPA

Foggy plastic mug. Works perfectly with an IPA — can't tell if the beer is hazy or clear 😅 The color is pale amber anyway. Carbonation is perky as a creamy off-white head reaches two fingers. The scent gives oat biscuit and graham cracker, accompanied by a touch of dried apricot. Quite malty. The taste adds piney notes to the list that is otherwise composed of the graham cracker, oat biscuit and grainy malt. Maybe also a nutty suggestion in the background but no apricot. The body is medium. The finish offers intensified pine together with the familiar taste components. The end pinches long in the mouth. The mouthfeel is a bit mellow, relatively soft, smooth and slightly piney. Dryness is moderate while the drying effect is more pronounced. Interestingly satiating. Not bad in this context. NOTE: The barcode leads to "Bomonti Filtresiz 100% Malt" that is a Pale Lager. Attached a few pics of the ancient Roman city of Hierapolis and the limestone travertines of Pamukkale.
