Yummy scrummy! A variation of their Crimea River RIS, the cherries in this give it a whole new level of complexity. The sourness of the cherries compliment the bitterness of the roasted malts and also cut through the coffee and chocolate flavours rather well. Aromas of fruit and oak make me wonder if this is a Cab-Sauv instead of a beer!
Like cherry liquor chocolate.
