Happy Christmas Eve 🎄 Having a Duo with my Texas family. Going to enjoy a big boy brown ale that I was able to find. Going to use my tallboy Christmas class with this one. Full head, frothy. Brown but has a muddy quality, some light does shine through. Vanilla aroma with strong malt qualities. Crisp texture, thin body, lightly toasted malt, only traces of vanilla, small hints of toffee. Has a hop bitterness in the finish. I was hoping it might develop a little more as it warmed but it didn't. Full of effervescence which I thought would recede but never did. Stayed bubbly to the last sip. Too much really. Started pretty good but actually went down over time.

Nice malt flavor with a hint of toffee in the middle and a smaller hint of vallina on the finish.
