A light straw-colored beer with golden hues, a good smoothness and above all an intense hint of truffle. Moderate sparkling, fine and persistent bubbles. The palate shows good minerality and acidity combined with fullness and softness with a long finish. Ideal to accompany truffle aperitifs.
