Ihan jees, inkivääri tuoksuu enemmän kuin maistuu..

Kiva tuoksu, inkivääri erottuu ja hedelmäisyyttä kans jonkin verran mukana. Maku aika laimea, kuten holittomissa yleensä, mutta inkivääri tukee ohuimmissa kohdissa. Paljoa ei ole inkivääriäkään, mutta maussa maistuu kivasti, poltetta ei ole. Vähän ehkä jauhoinen tai hiivainen jälkimaku, mutta muuten ihan kohtalainen kokonaisuus. Odotukset oli korkeammalla.

The beer pours clear, deep gold. Rich carbonation kicks out a velvety head that expands four fingers thick. Long retention secures a dense lacing and a passionate lace ring on the top. Looks like the decorations would never vanish. Pungent ginger wins the air supremacy. It's intensive and spicy like a sushi accompaniment, and not sweet soft-drink-like. I like it better the way it is. The drawback of powerful ginger is that I can't detect almost any other components in the scent — just an idea of soft wheat malt is observable. The taste invites a malty kick, including wheat malt, to escort ginger. The ginger is much less pronounced on the tongue, still detectable for sure, and neither spicy, nor Oriental. In addition to the malt cocktail, the ginger mingles with a small amendment of dry hops and lemon juice. While the fragrance is intensive and Oriental, the gustatory supply is more beery and perhaps thus more balanced. The body is light but not watery. The finish still offers ginger, maybe marginally more bitter than before, and dry hops. Wheat malt is also present. The flavors fade away rather soon but the bitterness lingers in the finish somewhat longer. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, remotely Oriental and spiced. It's a bit crisp, summery and relatively unchallenging at the end of the day. Although cautiousness is justified, there's no need to run.

Runsaan inkiväärinen tuoksu. Myös maussa se on vahvana. Varsin mukava tuttavuus.
