For the fourth instalment of our session ale series we've brought back the malt base for Pale Ale Project #1 and tweaked our original hop bill slightly with the edition of Centennial hops alongside the original recipe's Citra and Amarillo. We'd like to call your attention to Exhibit D, which contains further evidence that low ABV need not constitute lack of flavour.
