This is a light West Coast brew reminiscent of the classic Kellerbier–German for ‘cellar beer’–a style that dates back to the Middle Ages when Kölsch was naturally cloudy. Pacific Kölsch is made using our pure Rocky Mountain spring water, 100% BC pilsner malt, Hallertau hops, and our uniquely cultivated yeast.
